Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are 
processed the next business day.

UK Shipping
Free standard shipping on all UK orders.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on 
destination and order weight.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Please note — international orders may be subject to 
customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These 
charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
echelonn. has no control over customs delays.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your 
order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated 
timeframe, contact us at hello@echelonn.store with 
your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

echelonn. is not liable for delays caused by carriers, 
customs, or circumstances outside our control.
