Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original condition. We also accept returns on defective or incorrect items — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it.

To initiate a return, contact hello@echelonn.store with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

Return postage is free. A prepaid return label will be included in your package.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@echelonn.store with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Subject to availability.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

UK customers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt.
