UK Orders

Free standard shipping on all orders.
Dispatched within 2–3 business days.

International Orders

Calculated at checkout.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. This is in accordance with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We also accept returns on defective items. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@echelonn.store with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.

Return postage is free. A prepaid return label will be included in your package.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@echelonn.store with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. Subject to availability.
