27 — The next formation is already decided.

London doesn't reward anticipation. It rewards arrival.
We made a decision about what comes next before HQ 001 sold through. Not because we had to. Because the work requires it. Formation doesn't wait for the market to confirm the last one was right.
The industry runs on announcement. Teasers, countdowns, "coming soon" banners that stay up for six weeks. We've never understood that logic. If the work is ready, it ships. If it isn't, it doesn't exist yet. There's no middle state worth performing.
HQ 002 is in development. That's the full statement. We won't say what it is, what it weighs, or when it arrives. Not because we're protecting a secret — because the work isn't finished, and unfinished work doesn't deserve language yet.
What we can say is this: the decisions that shaped HQ 001 — the yarn count, the weight, the restraint on colourways — those aren't being reconsidered. They're being extended. Formation means the logic compounds. Each piece informs the next. We don't start over. We go further.
The customer who found HQ 001 didn't need a campaign to understand it. They read the weight. They felt the construction. They made a decision without being sold to. HQ 002 will ask the same of them. That's not a promise. It's a working principle.
Ascend quietly.
