36 — The customer who reads the label.

There is a customer who turns the garment over before they buy it.

They read the composition label. They check the GSM if it is listed. They know what ring-spun means and why it matters at this weight. They know the difference between garment dyeing and piece dyeing. They know that Made in Portugal is a signal about the factory, not just the geography — that Portuguese production at this price point means a specific tier of manufacturing, specific machinery, specific quality controls. They have done this research. Not because they were told to. Because they wanted to know.

This customer exists in larger numbers in 2026 than they did three years ago. The vocabulary shifted. GSM, ring-spun, loop-back fleece — these are terms that appear in consumer conversations now in a way they did not before. The customer who reads the label is no longer a niche. They are the direction the market is moving.

HQ 001 was built for that person. Not retrofitted for them — built for them from the start. Every one of those details is on the label because every one of those details was a decision. Not a marketing claim added after the fact. A construction choice made before the first sample was cut.

The customer who reads the label will find everything they are looking for. The customer who does not read the label will still feel the difference on contact. We built it to work both ways. But we built it knowing which customer we were building it for.
